All payments are handled by Klarna, Stripe or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.

WarOnCancer AB never stores or transfers any credit card information. WarOnCancer AB uses external payment gateways, PayPal, Stripe and Klarna, for e-commerce. PayPal, Stripe and Klarna handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse. Our aim is to deliver within 10 business days but it might arrive sooner if you’re in the EU, and a bit later if you’re outside. Holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay shipments. We’re currently not able to ship to APO’s but recommend that you ship to a friend/relative instead.


If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us. You will need to inform us what is damaged. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.


In the event of a lost shipment, we will send you a new one. Please allow for at least 30 days until contacting us. 


Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date.

The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents and incorrect use of the product.  Warranty for bracelets is one year from the purchase date and covers miscoloured bracelets only.


Any product purchased from the WarOnCancer Shop can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support on shop(at) to schedule the return.

For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.


We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.


Cookies are used on in order to improve your experience on the site. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
